"Good Event, But the Check-In Line Dragged"
I went to one of the heart events last weekend, it was well put together overall. The staff were friendly, and the info tables were easy enough to find, which I appreciated. That said, check-in took way longer than I expected, and I was getting a little impatient just standing there waiting. A few of the signs could’ve been clearer too, because I wasn’t always sure where to go next. Still, I had a good time and learned some useful things. I’d go again, but I really hope they speed up the entry line next time...

"The course itself was alright, but…"
The course itself was alright, but figuring out where to begin was more confusing than it should’ve been. Once I got into it, things worked fine, but a course really should be easy to access from the start. It’s decent overall, but making the starting point clearer would make a big difference.

"Helpful info, a little hard to find fast"
I used heart.org to look up CPR and emergency prep info for my family, and overall it was helpful. The info feels trustworthy and I liked the checklists, but it took me a few clicks to get to the really simple step-by-step stuff. Some of the pages felt kinda crowded too, which isnt great if you're trying to find something quickly. Still a solid resource, just not as quick and easy as I was hoping in a hurry.

"Quick support response"
I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, actually I figured I might be waiting a while, but support got back to me really fast. Appreciate the quick help, thanks!

"I donated through heart last month and the…"
I donated through heart last month and the billing part was easy to understand. It showed the total before I paid, and I could tell what was the donation and what would actually get charged. I got the email receipt right away too. No weird extra fees or surprise repeat charge, which I always kinda worry about on donation sites. I had to update my card one time and that was simple also. Overall it felt smooth and honest

"Good intentions, but not much impact"
I do think they genuinely mean well, and I can tell they’re trying to make a difference. But i haven’t seen much real change come from their efforts so far. It’s a little disappointing because you want to believe the pushes will lead somewhere, but right now it mostly feels like good intentions without enough follow-through. I really hope that changes, because it’s hard not to feel let down

"A heart health site I actually trust"
I use heart.org whenever I want to double-check something about heart health, it just feels a lot more dependable than random sites that pop up in search. The info is usually clear and seems backed by real research or medical experts. Some pages are a little longer than I expected, but I’d rather read a bit more if it means the info is actually accurate. Definitely one of the sites I trust.

"Pretty good first aid course overall"
I thought the course was clear and easy to follow, and I’m glad I did it. Some parts felt a bit basic or slower than I expected, but overall it was helpful and worth the time.

"So, good sources overall"
So, I found the sources to be helpful and generally solid, but a few of the pages felt a bit outdated and could probably use a refresh.

"Good Tips, Just a Bit Too Complicated"
I got some helpful fitness tips from it, and I do think there’s value there. I’m not trying to avoid putting in the effort or anything—I just wish it was laid out in a simpler, more straightforward way. Sometimes it felt like I had to dig around too much to figure out what I should actually do next.

"Decent fundraising setup, but support felt a little distant"
I made a small fundraising page on heart.org and the setup was simple overall. The tools worked fine, and I like the cause, so no complaints there. My only issue was getting help when I had a question. I did get an answer eventually, and it was useful, but it took longer than I expected and I had to follow up. It also felt kind of frustrating that there wasn’t really any human contact, like I was just waiting around in a support queue instead of talking to an actual person. It worked out in the end, but the support side could definitely be faster and feel a bit more personal.

"Useful info, but heart.org really dropped the ball on details"
I checked out heart.org for nutrition advice, and yeah, some of it helped, especially the stuff about sodium and healthy fats. But a lot of it felt way too basic, like they were just repeating things everyone has already heard a million times. I was annoyed because I expected more practical help from a site like that. They really should include simple meal ideas or real examples for busy days instead of leaving people to figure it out on their own. It’s an okay starting point, but they need to do better if they’re going to call it helpful.

"Helpful, but a little hit or miss"
I found some of the recipes helpful, but a few of them ended up tasting a bit bland to me, haha. Some instructions were also harder to follow than I expected, so it wasn’t always as easy as I hoped.

"Helpful CPR Class, Even If I Was Mentally Drained"
I took my CPR class through heart and overall it was a good experience. The videos were clear, and the hands-on part really helped everything click. I was feeling kind of mentally drained going into it, so I appreciated that most of it was easy to follow. My only complaint is that the online sections felt a little clunky at times. Still, I’d say it was worth doing.

"Course was fine, but certificate follow-up was lacking"
The course itself was okay and I didn’t really have any issues with the material. The annoying part was getting my certificate afterward. It took longer than I expected, and there wasn’t any follow-up or update, so I had to keep checking back myself a few times. I did get it eventually, but the whole process could’ve been a lot smoother.

"Super easy to use on my phone"
I checked out heart.org on my phone it was really smooth. The pages loaded quickly, and I didn’t have to tap around a million times to find what I needed. The articles were easy to read on a small screen, and the menus were simple without feeling confusing. Overall, it was a nice, hassle-free experience

"Pretty straightforward certification process"
I did my certification through heart.org and overall it was a smooth experience. The steps were easy enough to follow, and I didn’t have any trouble finding the payment section or my certificate afterward. The only thing is it took a little clicking around to get where I needed to go. Did anyone else have that same issue, or was it just me? Still, overall, I’d say it was really good.

"Helpful, but a little confusing"
I do trust some of the info on here, and it seems useful overall, but the site can feel a bit confusing sometimes, especially when I’m trying to find something quickly.
